In addition to the crazy-looking poses, yoga has many very helpful breathing exercises and important philosophical suggestions, the expanding effects of which I would like to share with you.

Topics like self-love, forgiveness and presence are far too little in the focus of our attention.

You don't have to worry about using zoom, poses or anything like that. We start with simple exercises and in the first lesson we discuss how to proceed.

How does zoom work? How do I download Zoom?

Zoom is a free video conferencing service that enables courses, meetings, meetings or workshops online.
